A clinical sports massage targeting a specific body area. Tailored treatment to reduce pain, release muscle tension, improve mobility, aid recovery and address musculoskeletal dysfunction using evidence-based techniques ~ 30 mins 

Perfect for area specific issues such as sports injuries or tension due to work related issues. This treatment is perfect for - 
 
Tight neck and shoulders
Back pain and stiffness
Sports injuries and recovery
Muscle tension and knots
Tight quads / hamstrings
Hip pain related to postural issues 
Sciatic pain - tension in glutes 

This treatment can be complimented with sports rehabilitation if requested at an additional cost 

Sports massage, area specific as above with rehabilitation programme to take home. This is an ideal treatment for chronic pain or sports injury and will include a free follow up review.  

Massage with pressure tailored to individual needs, this can be a deep tissue massage or lighter pressure for a more relaxing, tension releasing experience. Choose either 30 mins or 45 mins. 

Deeper pressure similar to a sports massage, however more relaxing than sports due to varying pressures depending on muscle tension and individual preference 

Deep tissue (Back, neck and shoulders) - 45 mins 

Revitalising full body massage combining deep targeted  techniques of sports massage with the stretching and pressure work of traditional Thai therapy massage. This treatment is designed to release muscle tension, improve mobility, promote sleep and overall relaxation. Tailored pressure depending on preference.
