I had a Japanese head spa with facial with Lauren. A lovely relaxing treatment within a calm environment and I would thoroughly recommend both Sparkle Wellbeing and this treatment. My complimentary foot massage, as it was her birthday week, was a great little bonus! 👍

Most relaxing hour I've had in a long time . Can highly recommend. The level of comfort during treatments was fab .Could have happily stayed for another hour

I'm 11 weeks postpartum, and today was my first time having lymphatic drainage. I was feeling quite anxious and self-conscious beforehand, but Lauren immediately made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Such a lovely, welcoming space, and I felt completely at ease throughout my appointment. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend Lauren and her lovely service.

She’s a magician! She put me completely at ease from the beginning and managed to fix things that I hadn’t even been able to get fixed from a doctor! Just in one session, she’s amazing.

As always Lauren was an absolute treasure. The full body treatment was amazing and I slept like a baby afterwards I was so relaxed. Lauren has always been very professional whilst also being very personable , that’s a hard thing to balance when providing any service , but Lauren does it with ease. Adjusting treatments to your needs and always makes you feel welcome . Only my third visit and I feel as if I’ve known Lauren for years . Im sure there will be many more. Was lovely to have a treatment from an award winning health and wellbeing business 😉 thank you Lauren hope to see you soon xx
