Josh was very helpful in trying to find what was wrong with my knee/ankle and gave me plenty of advice on how to improve and strengthen my issues with my knee/ankle

Josh has been excellent. Thanks to his help and advice my knee and shoulder issues are improving and I have a good range of exercises to continue the rehabilitation process. I’m very happy to recommend UK Physio, great care and expertise from Josh.

Great advice and relaxing massage - feel much better for it

Josh completed a thorough assessment of my shoulder and gave me some good exercises to aid my own self management. He didn't push a follow up appointment but offered support if needed. Also received some hands on treatment. Would recommend. Can't tell yet if the advice has been successful as need some time to get to work.
