I came in to fix a balayage that had gone badly wrong at another salon — patchy, uneven, with an unwanted yellow tone. Holly completely turned it around. She achieved exactly the cool tone I wanted, with a flawless, seamless result. Beyond the colour work, the whole experience exceeded my expectations: the salon has a beautiful interior, everyone was warm and welcoming, and the styling service was excellent. The music and atmosphere were spot on, and the whole service was efficient without feeling rushed. I’m so grateful — my hair feels saved, and the result is exactly what I wanted.

Cannot praise Holly’s services highly enough. She is friendly, efficient and clearly very skillful. I wanted a slight change to my colour and wasn’t sure if I explained myself clearly enough but the result is even better than what I had imagined. Holly absolutely nailed it and without any fuss! So happy to have found such a reliable and talented colourist. X
