Well, a lovely and warmth customer service by Hollie started before even my trip to the salon 😊 by patiently answering all my questions regarding the procedure I was going to get in their salon!! I had the best time at Moss. I haven't had my hair cut in ages, mostly because I've always felt intimidated by the hairdressers. Hollie made me feel like I was chatting with a friend and the hair cut was so lovely- I got so many compliments from it! Will absolutely come back.
