Hanna listened and could see exactly what I needed during our consultation. She understood I needed softness without losing my blonde. She was efficient, particular without taking the whole day to achieve what I wanted. In salon experience was lovely. Hannah was interested in what i wanted, met my expectations and was friendly and helpful. However, I am not a fan of the booking and confirmation system, which requires personal details credit card details AND YET ANOTHER PASSWORD just to confirm a booking which I had taken the time and trouble to personally go to the salon and book an appointment. The system needs to be updated to accept a YES or NO text to confirm an appointment. As fir requiring bank card details, simply to confirm an appointment - that's just rude.

Hannah is an absolute gem! ✨ She was so kind, welcoming and lovely to chat with throughout my appointment. She really took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and I left with the most stunningly styled hair! I couldn’t be happier with the result and would absolutely recommend Hannah to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about making you feel amazing. 💕
