Graham consistently delivers, he’s always been able to decipher what I’m looking for despite the fact I’ve never arrived with an inspo pic or anything other than ‘make it blonde’ or ‘let’s go darker’. I’ve gone from back to back bleach highlights every six weeks in another salon, to 3 months between visits at 66. For me, the value is incredible.
