I enjoyed my spa day beginning with sauna and attempt at the cold plunge Yikes! Followed by a massage by Lily and added the foot reflexology. Wow that was intense. Then I finished my day with a mani and pedicure by Gaya. The facility, although in an old building, has many modern amenities like cold plunge, saunas, head spa, facials, and much more. Showers and bathrooms looked recently renovated and hair salon clean and bright. I highly recommend this place
