"I was feeling nervous about getting my hair done, but Charlotte was amazing! I went in for full head foils to lighten my hair, and she completely put me at ease. She took the time to talk through every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. The final result is perfect—my hair blended really well and looks beautifully brightened. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone. She is friendly professional & my hair always looks amazing when she does it. I've had several compliments since Charlotte started doing my hair. She really listened to what I wanted when colouring my hair it's the best it's ever looked.
