She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, asked questions, had incredible attention to detail, and made sure she understood the look I was hoping to achieve. She kept me involved throughout the whole service, made sure I was comfortable, checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with the process and happily answered any questions I had.
