Excellent Men's Haircut in Cebu I was looking for a barbershop with floor-to-ceiling glass windows near Smeag, but all the ones I found only offered women's haircuts. After a bit of searching, I finally found this place and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, the 250 PHP children's haircut was excellent! The stylist was very skilled and meticulous, and we were all very satisfied with the result. We even booked another appointment for the day before we returned to Taiwan. I highly recommend this barbershop to any men in need of a haircut.
