As part of Singe Session working, a 30 minute preparatory call is booked in one or two days ahead of the session in order that the session can be used to focus on the problem you most need help with.

A Follow Up call is part of the SSOAAT package and offers the opportunity to review the work done in the Single Sessions and the progress made.  Usually booked for 1 month after the Single Session.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a therapy which can reduce the effect of a difficult experience in one or two sessions.  This type of therapy differs from other talking therapies, as it does not require an in depth exploration of the event.  Integral Eye Movement Therapy can work even when there is no accessible memory of the activating event.

Here is where you can book our lovely room  which is suitable for meetings of 2-6 people.  It can be used for counselling, CBT, EMDR, supervision, small group training and meetings.  There are 2 easy chairs and a couch plus a desk and chair.
