I had a great time at the sauna. It's a fabulous space with pleasant atmosphere and very private. Perfect for helping with pain and relaxing using chromotherapy, which is a very nice touch. Ben was very helpful and friendly, I appreciated his instructions. Afterwards, I felt warm and relaxed and will book again. 

We had an infra red sauna . Amazing feeling afterwards back pain eased. Beautiful and clean and such friendly people . Will definitely be returning

An amazing experience. It was my 1st time visiting and the staff were really helpful. The floating pod was so relaxing.
