I (Kim - Reiki Master Teacher) am passionate about energy healing, healing the body on all levels - physical, emotional, spiritual, mental and energetically.

A truly wonderful 120 minutes of Holistic bliss.

Kim will welcome you with a herbal tea before you begin your relaxation with a foot soak with aromatherapy bath salts and foot scrub with homemade sugar scrub and a skin nourishing face mask.
You will then receive a beautiful Indian Head Massage, followed by Reflexology and Reiki.
After a debrief and discussion where Kim will feedback on the session and you have chance to answer questions, you will have the option of a 4 card oracle reading.

You will then take home a goodie bag including 2x personally selected crystals chosen for you, based on your treatment, to continue your relaxation long after your appointment.

The Ultimate Bliss Package - 2hours

Reiki is a form of energy healing, it works on many layers within the body - physical, emotional, spiritual and mental. It restores balance on all levels, releases stress, tension, limiting beliefs, traumas plus many more. It is the ultimate treatment for relaxation. Reiki also works to help many physical ailments such as migraines, stress induced ailments, injuries, aches and pains, digestive issues, insomnia, sleep disorders, menopause, fibromyalgia symptoms plus lots more. 

During the 45minute Reiki session, Kim will use a pendulum to check your chakras (this will all be explained at the start of the session), she will then select specific crystals to use within the treatment, which will be placed alongside and on top of your body. Kim will then channel the Reiki Universal Life Force Energy through her palms, and either placing these directly on your body or hovering them a few inches above, will allow your body to absorb the Reiki energy.

Reiki and Indian Head Massage

A shorter, 30 minute taster session of Reiki Energy Healing. Ideal to try this amazing treatment out or if you're short on time.

Reiki is a form of energy healing, it works on many layers within the body - physical, emotional, spiritual and mental. It restores balance on all levels, releases stress, tension, limiting beliefs, traumas plus many more. It is the ultimate treatment for relaxation. Reiki also works to help many physical ailments such as migraines, stress induced ailments, injuries, aches and pains, digestive issues, insomnia, sleep disorders, menopause, fibromyalgia symptoms plus lots more. 

Kim will channel the Reiki Universal Life Force Energy through her palms, and either placing these directly on your body or hover them a few inches above, enable your body to absorb the Reiki energy. You may feel tingly sensations, warmth, heat, coldness, see colours etc - this is all normal.

Kim will then discuss with you anything which was picked up during the treatment.

Beginning with a foot soak and scrub, you will then relax with heated foot towels whilst Kim will work over the feet and ankles and will identify any areas where there feels to be an issue, she will them work to break down any crystals or blockages within this area. The feet will also be massaged, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and soothed.

Reflexology can help to maintain balance within the body and the body systems, unblock areas, and allow the body to obtain optimum function.

It is a wonderfully relaxing therapy and a real treat.

The ultimate in relaxation - 3hours

Kim will welcome you with a herbal tea whilst you soak your feet in our heated foot soak, allowing the aromatherapy salts to relax and soothe tired feet.

This will then be followed by a full body massage (choose from Swedish Massage or Aromatherapy massage) to relax the whole body, loosening any areas of tension and muscle tightness.

This will be followed with a crystal/glow or Holistic Facial - using Tropic products, this facial will brighten the skin, removing impurities, promoting collagen production, leaving your skin feeling fresher, plumped and soothed.

This will be followed by foot reflexology - a non invasive treatment where acupressure points on the feet are stimulated to target certain areas of the body.

Finishing off with Reiki - a Japanese form of energy healing which works on the physical,  emotional, spiritual and mental body.

Optional - 4card oracle reading to give you guidance.

A wonderfully relaxing 30 minute Indian Head Massage. Kim will select the right oil for you based on your requirements, adding in specially blended essential oils - not only do these smell amazing, but they also bring amazing therapeutic benefits.
Your upper back, shoulders, arms and neck will be massaged, focusing on the Marmas (pressure points) alongside the body - you will then receive a beautiful head massage before finishing with a facial massage.
