Reiki is a form of energy healing - It is used to balance the chakras and may help to lower stress, promote relaxation and reduce pain. This is a full body treatment. You will lie fully clothed on the couch, and the treatment is hands off apart from some light touch to the head, arms, legs and feet.

For some people falling pregnant can be very easy but sometimes our bodies just need to create that perfect environment. What we eat, our fluctuating hormones and how much sleep we get all affect whether we fall pregnant. Pre Conception reflexology can be used for the 3 months prior to trying for a baby, or IVF  to establish optimum body ecology and once a month pre ovulation to help the body relax and balance. I can also offer lifestyle suggestions. We will work all reflexes during the session but pay particular attention to the Pituitary gland, ovaries, uterus , liver and colon - all areas that should be balanced to ensure our bodies systems are working in harmony.

Pre - Conception Reflexology

Pregnancy Reflexology is suitable for those over 14 weeks - it may help if you are suffering from certain ailments such as indigestion, SPD or maybe struggling to sleep. It's very safe and a relaxing treatment is beneficial to both mum and baby.  After 37 weeks Pregnancy Reflexology can aid you in having a shorter and hopefully natural labour. At this point you may come a few times a weeks to achieve this outcome. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Pregnancy Reflexology

The Bergman method of Facial Reflexology has been developed for over 20 years and is the only reflexology facial to use zone theory. 

Facial reflexology is one of the most relaxing treatments I offer . We begin with a cleanse, massage and hot mitts to prepare the skin before oil is applied and the treatment carried out on all the facial reflex points . 
The unique benefit of Facial Reflexology is that not only does it aim to help  improve health and wellbeing, it also can help you look younger and have a healthy glow. It can help with certain conditions such as   migraines, bruxism, bells palsy and sinus conditions.
This treatment lasts about 45 minutes. 

Facial Reflexology 

All your organs and systems are mirrored on foot 'maps'. The pressure and massage techniques from Reflexology stimulate the movement of energy to relieve blockages in the body's systems and organs. Energy blockages are usually caused by disease, illness, stress or injury. A single reflexology treatment treats the whole body and can alleviate stress, bring a state of relaxation and encourage healing. 

The treatment involves hot towels, relaxing massage techniques and applying varying amounts of pressure to both the bottoms and tops of the feet. After the session I will discuss with you any findings in the treatment.

Reflexology

Hot Stone Reflexology uses Basalt Stones to enhance the effects of the standard reflex treatment. Smooth, flat  stones made from volcanic rock are used to both massage and relax the feet,  combining the heat and the stones allows me to penetrate deeper into the reflex points and help to work the energy channels. This is a wonderfully warming and relaxing treatment and includes a Hot Towel Foot wrap.

Hot Stones Reflexology

As the name suggests, Indian Head Massage originated in India. It is based on an Indian alternative medicine called Ayurveda  and it is understood that Indian Head Massage can not only reduce headaches and improve physical wellbeing but mental and emotional wellbeing as well. This is a lying down treatment , starting on your front and turning over half way through. I use Almond oil, coconut oil and facial oil in this treatment which covers the upper back, neck, shoulders and upper arms, face and scalp.

Indian Head Massage

This treatment combines a 40 minute Foot Reflexology treatment and a 20 minute Facial Reflexology treatment to treat the whole body!
The treatment includes a warm foot bath, hot towel foot wraps & a mini shortened Reflexology treatment .  For the face a cleanse routine and hot Mitts will be used before facial reflexology with Eve Taylor facial Oil. 

Face and Feet Balance Bliss (Reflexology)

The Bergman method has been developed for over 20 years and is the only reflexology facial to use zone theory. It is very powerful in impacting the body systems  It may help to improve headaches, reduce anxiety, help with sleep, improve Bells Palsy and bruxism (teeth grinding)n An extra benefit of Facial Reflexology is it has a positive effect on the skin due to the movements improving circulation, promoting lymphatic drainage and eliminating toxins. It leaves the face glowing and radiant.
This is an Add on Treatment of 30minutes and includes cleansing and Hot mitts.
