Another positive and interesting session, making progress every visit and when you look back to the first visit the difference is incredible. Working on new areas this week and because she explains so simply what the exercises are designed to do, how they help and how they connect to previous sessions it makes doing them more beneficial. Anyone with aches and pains would highly recommend.
