Holistic Massage Therapy

A private space dedicated to helping you move from a state of "doing" into a state of "being." I provide intentional, time-based massage treatments that prioritise your nervous system and your specific needs on the day.

My approach is collaborative and bespoke, using bodywork and self-reflection tools to help you navigate "stuckness" and find your physical and mental flow.

All appointments are subject to manual approval to ensure the best fit for your treatment goals.

We will begin with a quick chat to see how you are arriving today and to work out what your body and mind need in this moment.

Because every session is bespoke, we will create a massage plan together. Taking time to consider how physical and mental heaviness may be affecting you, we will decide where and how we can work to create more balance.

60 minutes allows us to either check in with the whole body gently or focus on 1-2 specific areas with a little more curiosity. 

Whatever your day requires, we’ll adapt the pressure and flow to help you feel truly rooted again.

We will begin with a quick chat to see how you are arriving today and to work out what your body and mind are holding and need in this moment.

Because every session is bespoke, we will create a massage plan together. Taking time to consider how physical and mental heaviness may be affecting you, we will decide where and how we can work to create more balance.

90 minutes is the middle ground: it provides enough time to treat the whole body more thoroughly or to dedicate more focused time to specific areas of tension, whilst leaving space for curiosity if we discover areas that need work in the moment. 

It’s the perfect middle ground for when you need to transition from doing to just being.

Whatever your day requires, we’ll adapt the pressure and flow to help you feel balanced and reconnected.

120m of YOU time.

We will begin with a quick chat to see how you are arriving today and to work out what your body and mind need in this moment.

Because every session is bespoke, we will create a massage plan together. Taking time to consider how physical and mental heaviness may be affecting you, we will decide where and how we can work to create more balance.

120 minutes provides enough time for a meditative, full-body experience where nothing is rushed. It allows us to dedicate significant time to several specific areas of tension whilst leaving ample space for curiosity and stillness throughout the whole body.

It’s the perfect choice for when you need to fully unplug. It provides a rare opportunity for your nervous system to fully reset, ready for you to float out of the massage and flow effortlessly into your day.
