Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle manipulation of the skin to encourage the lymph to move and drain. 
When the movement within the lymphatic system becomes sluggish the body can develop areas of swelling, pain, fluid retention etc. MLD nourishes and regenerates the cells, removes waste products, relaxes the nervous system and boosts the immune system.
I use The Vodder Method which is a very gentle and calming process.
I would encourage clients to research the method prior to booking to make sure this treatment is right for them.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Relieve those pesky knots, aches and pains with this effective combination of back and head massage. Lots of tension is stored in the head and neck, which when released, help the muscles lower down in the back to soften and relax. 
Your back massage will begin with some dry brushing to exfoliate the skin and stimulate lymph circulation.
Using Swedish Massage techniques this is a medium pressure massage to smooth and ease tension from the area. 

Back and Head Massage

Reflexology helps with imbalances and discomfort within the body through working the corresponding areas on the feet.
It is a gentle, non invasive treatment which can balance mind, body and soul.




Reflexology

Hands on Swedish and G5 massage of the legs, bum and tum.
The G5 is a mechanical massage machine that is excellent for toning, increasing circulation and to aid in the breakdown of fatty deposits and cellulite.

My take on the classic which is a lay down treatment, including some lymphatic drainage on the face and neck to compliment the treatment.

Indian Head Massage

Your massage will begin with some exfoliation and dry massage techniques to stimulate lymph flow.
 Using Swedish massage methods, this is a medium pressure massage aimed at relieving tension and discomfort in the back, neck and shoulders.

Back Massage

The aim with this treatment is to work together to create the perfect combination to help your nervous system relax.
Everyone's different, whilst some are able to enter a meditative state during a head massage, some can't think of anything worse than their head being touched. Similarly with the feet!
I will conduct a thorough consultation and together we will devise a bespoke treatment just for you! (Don't worry, this will not eat into your treatment time, arrive for your appointment at the time you book, but allow up half an hour extra at the end).
Example: 2 hour appointment with 4 treatments could include, Full Body Swedish Massage, Cupping, Head Massage, Ear Candling.

NB. the combination could result in some treatments being shorter than if you had booked them individually. 

The Rose Nervous System Reset

Using a freshly blended, bespoke and powerful aromatherapy blend, the Holistic Facial uses a combination of techniques designed to lift, plump and calm the face and neck.
Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping and Gua Sha methods are used to rid the area of excess toxins and encourage fresh blood and nutrients to the surface of the skin.
A small amount of the oil will be provided for you to take home.

Add Ear Candling and/or a head massage for the ultimate head, neck and face treatment.

Holistic Facial

A dreamy full body massage with bespoke, freshly blended essential oils to enhance your treatment.

Aromatherapy Massage

Swedish massage uses a variety of techniques, including kneading and tapping the body to improve both mental and physical symptoms. It is a medium pressure massage aimed at improving blood and lymph circulation. It can also calm and relieve anxiety.

Add cupping for extra muscle repair and blood flow benefits.

Add G5 mechanical massage device to warm up the muscles more quickly making them more receptive to the hands on techniques.

Swedish Massage

This technique promotes movement of lymphatic fluid, reducing swelling and puffiness in the face.
It also increases oxygen and improves hydration to skin cells resulting in a healthier glow. 
Adding a head massage can relieve headaches and calm the nervous system.
