This mandatory medical consultation is required prior to any botulinum toxin treatment (Botox).  During this appointment, you will undergo a full medical assessment with me to determine your suitability for treatment. 

I will assess your medical history, discuss your aesthetic goals, explain potential risks and benefits and if appropriate - issue a prescription.

No toxin treatment will be administered during this appointment and is for prescription purposes only.
