Luci is friendly and listens to what you want to have done with your hair. She explains what can and can’t be done to manage customer expectations. I’m always worried about how much is cut off my hair….before she starts cutting she checks the customer is happy with what is being trimmed off. I walked out the salon yesterday with a smile on my face feeling great after Luci redid my overdue highlights, trimming off those dodgy split ends. Thank you Luci for banishing my grey hair again 😊 See you at my next appointment in the new year!
