1 hour of relaxation massage this includes  legs, arms, back,shoulder, neck and scalp. This is a light to medium  pressure relaxation massage for relaxation.

A full body  hot stone  massage with an added on foot reflexology session added in. 2 hours of pure relaxation 

Hotstone massage with reflexology 

hot stone massage is a type of massage in which the masseuse places smooth, hot stones on your back. These stones provide heat therapy to the muscles, which can help reduce tension and pain. The stones used in hot stone massage are typically basalt, volcanic rock that is usually high in iron, which allows them to absorb heat.

Facial Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment that works on the same principles of traditional foot and hand reflexology. By stimulating reflex points we can help assist the body's natural healing process while promoting a deep state of relaxation. 

Facial reflexology 

Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet (and possibly on your hands or face as well) to help you feel better. The theory is that this eases stress, and that helps your body work better. It’s also known as zone therapy.

Sessions last 45 minutes to an hour. Allow and extra 15 minutes for first time appointments
