Enjoy the experience of a 1hr Float followed up with 40mins in the Infrared Sauna.

Dissolve all your stress as you unplug for 60m of Floating time. Enjoy the calmness & peacefulness the experience offers.

Then melt any remaining tension and inflammation in the infrared sauna where you can adjust the temperature to your preference whilst you sit back, watch Netflix or listen to your favourite tunes on spotify.

A shower is available in each room with the requirement being to shower before AND after the Float. Complimentary towel service is provided so you literally don't need to bring a thing.
