Patch/ Sensitivity Tests

All new clients, and existing clients who have not visited for over a period of 6 months are required to have a patch test performed 24-48 hours prior to all lash and brow treatments. Once your appointment is booked, you may book your patch test online or a member of our team will contact you to arrange it. Any patch tests that are booked online without a secured appointment will be cancelled.

The test involves a small amount of product being placed onto the skin and will help us to determine if a client has any allergies/ reactions to specific products relating to the desired treatment. 

Patch tests are not optional and you risk your appointment being cancelled if you fail to schedule it.
