• Late fee policy: $15 after 15 minutes 

• Cancellation/Rescheduling of appointments MUST be notified at LEAST a day prior to schedule appointment.

• All clients must arrive at their appointment with clean hair, free of ANY product AND blown-out !

• Natural hair clients MUST arrive at their appointment with clean hair (free of ANY product, that is, oil, hair grease, conditioner, etc). Hair must be detangled. Failure to do so will result in a $10 prep fee

• Please walk with a firm hair wax/pomade to your scheduled appointment. Eg. Red One, Smokkin, etc
