I thoroughly enjoyed this new experience ! The ability to burn an abundance of calories while detoxing your body not only psychologically makes you feel good but also afterwards your body feels relaxed. Using the rollers at the end relaxes your muscles even more!

Vanja was very warm and informative! She explained the different equipment and how it is to be used. Because it was all new to me, she was very patient with all of my questions! I really enjoyed the workout and feel that having this type of work out regularly would be very beneficial for me! It's typically very difficult for me to sweat during a workout… But not with this type of workout! Seems like this may be exactly what my workouts have been missing. 

I definitely will be buying a package or membership soon!

Our VacuTherm Treadmill harnesses the power of infrared technology to increase your body temperature, boost circulation, and enhance calorie burn, while the VacuTherm technology uses vacuum pressure to target fat reduction, improve skin tone, and promote lymphatic drainage. This is a single 30 miinutes session and it does not include roller.  Please refer to our "Combo" options for full experience with multiple peaces of equipment.

Our Infrared Climber is designed to enhance your workout while promoting overall wellness. As you climb, the infrared energy penetrates deep into your muscles, enhancing flexibility and reducing muscle tension.
