One-on-one instruction tailored to your level and goals!

IF BRINGING OWN BICYCLE, PLEASE MAKE SURE:

- It is in good working order (bike store tune-up is recommeded)

- Tires are properly inflated

- If you are a complete beginner, make sure you are able to place your feet FLAT on the ground while sitting on the seat when it's lowered to its lowest position

- Any training wheels are removed

IF RENTING A BICYCLE:

- Please let us know how tall you are, so we can bring a correctly sized bike for you.
