Hi, I'm Laura Mas BSc (Hons) a Professional Lifestyle Trainer, a keen sportswoman with 20 years of experience in tennis, a trained dancer to competition level, and a fully qualified sports massage therapist and yoga teacher. I have worked in the sports rehabilitation industry for the last 15 years, working alongside physiotherapists at a private hospital and I am now working for myself in the Birmingham area offering personal lifestyle coaching covering specialist sports coaching and sports massage and rehabilitation, fitness and weight management training, yoga classes, 121 training, and more.
