•When booking your service(s) please book accordingly, any service(s) that are not booked in will not be provided.
•Nail art, designs, chrome, glitter etc are not included in refills or full sets.
•There will be a 15 minute grace period, after 10 minutes a $10 fee will be implemented, after 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled unless you've booked for more than (1) service (nails & toes) which will result into you choosing which service you'd prefer to have done. With booking more than one service ( nails & toes) you have up to 30 minutes, after those 30 minutes both services WILL BE CANCELED and the following policy will be implemented.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or less you will be charged a $25 fee and will not be able to rebook until that payment is made.
