Jacksfeet is out n about at events and training doesn't always take place at Jacksfeet. The venue's differ depending if they're an outside, inside or in your own home.  Also especially the training, events can be one day or over several days.  The outdoor events are often a camping event too.  If you know the dates and times of the event - to book go to the date and prebook your slot at the time your wanting.  Training it will only show as an hour, that's so others can book on too. You will find the times of the course/event in the information. Fill in your information and I will contact you.

The more we understand the changes taking place in our bodies the more likely we will look after ourselves. Let's look at the changes taking place in our uterus | ovaries | bodies | skin | hormones.  We will cover how Abdominal Massage helps with all the changes?  You will learn about Abdominal massage as taught by the ancient Maya healers and midwives to use on yourself. The different sanitary products available.  Let's keep these young uteri clean and healthy from the start of puberty.

Reflexology for babies:  is a great way to help with those problems we all encompass when our babies are newly born, from constipation, cholic, and up to and through teething, head colds, and generally being unsettled.
This one day course will help new mums and dads to combat these ailments using a natural non invasive gentle treatment of baby Reflexology.
This training is meant for parents only, you will not be qualified to show anyone else or work on another persons baby.

In this workshop you will learn how to care for your skin using all natural and replenishable products.
It will also give you the 5 minute cleanse routine that you can use every day twice a day to improve your facial skins – texture; tone; condition and help relieve any problems.
Its called the 10 minute facial because when just cleansing the skin it only takes 5 minutes once you include the scrub and mask the routine can be done in just 10 minutes, although better results can be achieved if you have the time to leave the mask in situ for 15 – 20 minutes.

The treatments are Part Treatments 25 minutes each

Cost :  For the initial treatment it is £35.00 per person, after this additional treatments are £21.00 each.  Therefore, the cost of 2 treatments per person is £56.00. There is a minimum of £150.00 per party, if there is not enough people to cover this amount with singular and additional treatments (less than 3/5 people).
If you are more than an hours drive away the cost for travel is £2.00/mile for milage over 40miles.ie. 60 miles is an extra £40.00

Numbers : Minimum is 3 – 5 people or the minimum payment of £150.00 per party. (£190.00 if 60 miles away)
