Using O.P.I colours, the nails will be filed and shaped, colour applied with cuticle oil to finish.

"The Ultimate Indian Head Massage"
Warm, grounding cleanse to the feet.
A mixture of warm aromatherapy oils blended together will be slowly poured onto the scalp and through the hair. 
An in-depth scalp massage will be performed, including pressure points. 
The steamer will be used to steam over the scalp and face while a massaging brush will be used to massage further into the scalp and detangle the hair.
Finishing with a rose quartz qua sha massage into the face.

Slumber Deep

Inspired for pregnancy or the new mother.
The flower Daisy is known to symbolize childbirth, motherhood and new beginnings. 
An Indian head massage will be performed using a warm base oil. 
This will help aid pressure in the tops of your shoulders.
It will also help with any stress or sleep trouble with a massage into the scalp and neck. 
We will then use the warm oil to massage into the hands and arms.
You will be given a small crocheted daisy to signify your new journey into mother hood and to remind you to always take time for yourself. 

Freya's Flower 

A comforting and uplifting experience. 
Using warm oil, the back will be massaged, concentrating on any problem areas.
 We follow on with a facial which will include a hand and arm massage while your face mask is working.
 You will then be sat up for a pedicure focusing on the feet being soaked in an essential oil bath, a scrub and an in-depth massage to the feet. 
Finnish with a foot spray and a daily affirmation from the moon cards! You will be given a moon crystal to be taken away with you.  

Moon-lit Tides 

By candlelight we ground you into the room using warm mitts 
and pressure points to the feet.
 A healing warm oil massage will be performed to the back of the body using hot stones.
 Turn over for a head, face, neck and shoulder massage. 
Take away with you a grounding wax melt.

Odin's Poppy


A heart -felt facial based on the gratitude, grace and love of the Bellflower. 
Be grounded into the room with pressure points on the sole’s of the feet. 
We will then perform a facial which will include a head, neck, shoulder massage while the mask is working. 
A facial massage will then be performed using a rose quartz roller.
You will take a rose quartz to take home with you.

For the avid walker! Or simply the aching of active feet.
 Relax on the treatment bed with a warm towel to cleanse the feet. 
A foot scrub will be applied to help remove any dead skin and to aid circulation.
 This will be removed with warm towels and a foot
 mask and heated boots applied. 
Close your eyes while we perform a relaxing head and shoulder massage while your boots warm your feet. The boots and mask will be removed, finishing with a comforting foot and leg massage.

Either the lip or the chin will be cleansed, gently waxed and after care applied. All in the comfort of the bespoke treatment room.

The natural brow shape will be looked at and taken into consideration. The brows will then be cleansed and gently waxed, any tweezing will be carried out and after care applied. All in the comfort of the bespoke treatment room.

Hair removal

The gel will be gently removed from the nails. The nails will be filed, shaped and the cuticles snipped/pushed down. They will then be buffed over to smooth the nail bed, a strenghener will be applied with cuticle oil.
Your nails will be looking healthy and renewed.

A patch test is required 48hours prior to the appointment if you haven't been before. 
Laying on the warm treatment bed, the lashes are gently tinted, then also the brows, carefully considering the shade. While the tint takes, a hand massage is performed.

Laying on the warm treatment bed, the brows are carefully looked at, a colour is assed and chosen, and they are then gently dyed with the tint.

Reflexology is an ancient practice that uses gentle pressure to the feet. 
Working on particular pressure points that corresponds to particular organs
 and points within the body similar to acupuncture.   
The practice aims to bring a deep state of relaxation and help the bodies natural healing process.
Reflexology also works with the energy pathways of the body. If any energy pathways are blocked, reflexology aims to unblock them, allowing the energy to flow freely which in turn aids to restore balance to the body.
