I have visited Rachel for help with knots in my upper back using massage.  Her little cabin was very clean, tidy and WARM, especially so, with the wind and rain outside building up.  Rachel quickly put me at ease and I immediately felt very relaxed as she worked her magic.  
That night I slept soundly and for a very long time.  I believe we are finally breaking down these muscular knots as today, I have been able turn my head to look over my left shoulder without any pulling.
I will definitely be back to continue this treatment and hopefully I will try the reflexology too.
