This is a specific massage that focuses on releasing the deeper myofascial restrictions of the deeper muscles, tendons and ligaments within the body and working with the connective tissue in our body called fascia. It is also referred to as myofascial release. 

The therapist will work with the client to establish the main areas of discomfort. Throughout the treatment the therapist will use client feedback to work through the areas. The massage and process of working deep within the muscle can be painless and the therapist will always work within the clients’ comfort zone.

This type of massage may also bring about an emotional release during a session, as with other touch therapies. Our bodies hold onto emotions deep within layers of the body. It is not unusual for clients to cry, sigh, shout out or say unusual things. This is all perfectly natural and nothing to be concerned about.

Each one of our chakras’ are connected to specific organs within our physical body. Therefore, should our chakras’ become stored with negative energy, preventing the natural flow of universal energy, we may feel tired or generally out of balance.

A pendulum will be used to identify which chakras require healing, realigning and balancing. Guardian Angels, Reiki Guides and your Guardian Angels are called to assist in the process. Crystals may be placed on and around you. Reiki & Seichem will be used to rebalance the chakras.

It has the benefits of toning and tightening the connective tissues and muscles of the face with positive results, removing toxins from the face, improving the complexion and reducing the appearance of facial wrinkles.

Natural Lift Facial Massage

The theory behind reflexology is that all the systems and organs of the body are mirrored or reflected in smaller peripheral areas, e.g. the feet, hands, ears and face.

Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive; the most clothing that will have to be removed for a treatment to take place will be your socks and shoes. The therapist will then use their hands to apply pressure to the feet. You may feel areas of temporary discomfort during the treatment, but generally the experience should be relaxing.

Reflexology very much works on an individual basis; the therapist provides professional facilitation of your body’s own potential for wellbeing.

Reiki & Seichem (Distance Healing Session)

Seated acupressure massage (sometimes also called on-site massage) is based on the traditional Japanese acupressure technique called anma. Anma is Japanese for ‘press and rub’ and this therapy aims to stimulate the acupressure points in the head, neck, shoulders, spine and lower back.

Unlike acupuncture, seated acupressure massage does not use needles. Instead, it uses the hands to stimulate the energy points which can be found all along the meridians, or energy lines, of the body. There is a specific sequence of movements, which are designed to improve the flow of energy throughout the body and balance and strengthen the body’s muscular, circulatory and nervous systems.
