Firstly when you arrive, no reception, some lady calls a lady arrives, no welcome good afternoon anything like that. You then seated, next to wash basin, told her had Brazilian need Sulphur free shampoo, which don't think she did. Hair was blow dried and straightened whichshe did well. Ordered a cappuccino. Which then arrived while Hair being straightened again, hello welcome nothing. So apart from blow dry and straightened, no ambuiience, nothing that makes you feel welcome at all... will I go again...debatable....

Hi Charmaine, always appreciate feedback to understand what improvements we can make to our services. I can reassure you, we only use sulphate free products. This is an express service and operates very differently to an experience in a traditional salon. Our services are automated through Fresha, there is no receptionist or stylists to ensure we keep what we do, express, affordable and accessible to everyone. On Monday, we were down a team member and the team unfortunately were over extended. Gratefully as business has grown, our team will grow within the coming weeks to ensure we deliver and remain consistent with our services. We would love to see you again ✨

Amanda make you feel so comfortable and only wants the best for her clients hair. She always give me advise especially because I have very thin hair. This time she recommended a shampoo that will assist me to hold the colour longer and treat my hair at the same time. Amanda is definitely an advocate for your salon to promote healthy hair, which I truly appreciate
