All nails are guaranteed up to 48hours after your appointment, if a nail chips or lifts in this time it will be fixed with no charge. Outside of this time it is no longer considered an error in my work. Accidents happen and I am happy to fix your nails for you! This option is for 1-3 nails to be fixed, no longer than 2 weeks after your original appointment. If it has been more than 2 weeks, please book a full nail appointment. 

Nail fix 

Silent appointments are just like regular appointments, but we will only talk during consultation about your service and when checking to make sure you’re happy with your nails. 

I understand that not everyone wants to socialise during an appointment. Sometimes you may need a bit more peace in your day or just prefer to relax. Regardless of your reason, there is no need to explain or feel apologetic. Your comfort is my priority.

You can always change your mind on the day if you’d like to chat also, just let me know!
