The space is designed to help you reconnect with your body, slow down and prioritise your wellbeing. Our treatments include Body Roll therapy to support circulation and lymphatic flow, infrared sauna for deep relaxation and detox support, ice bath cold therapy for recovery and energy, and personalised massage treatments tailored to your body’s needs.
