Lucy re-fit my hair extensions today and honestly I couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely and chatty from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she’s a complete perfectionist! she really took her time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and the attention to detail was amazing.
