At Buff Concept Store, a manicure can mean anything from a precise French manicure to playful nail art, with reviewers describing fish, flowers and fruit designs brought to life from their ideas. Nail technicians also take care with cuticles and shaping, and shellac removal can include filing, smoothing and buffing nails to a high shine.
