I was so impressed with Sarah. Her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, and she took the time to explain every part of the treatment I was receiving in a way that was clear and reassuring. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Sarah is such a welcoming, lovely lady, and her caring approach made the whole experience a very positive one.
