Very accommodating as I had booked a back massage but am unable to lay on my front. Caitlin was extremely good with that, my mini facial and head massage. Now feeling very relaxed! Thank you Beauty Lounge, my once-a-year appointment didn't disappoint!

Both Sam and Bonnie are amazing at what they do. Been coming here for my nails for years and won't go anywhere else. With another lockdown about to start, Sam got me booked in quickly and I left with another set of gorgeous nails. Everything is clean and safe in the salon and you feel comfortable having your treatment there. Happy to support a local business like this and I will be back as soon as we are able to after lockdown. Thank you Sam as always 😊

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . Megan was really fantastic and gave a soothing and freshing spa session it was . I recommend this North island Spa to everyone I know . And that’s my go to spa for my monthly pampering sessions from now on . No second thoughts darlings just go get yourself feel Heavenly sessions . Best part is pricing . Reasonable and worth it .
