Abdominal Scar healing is a therapeutic treatment that works with scar tissue, fascia and the surrounding tissues of the abdomen to restore mobility, circulation and to restore more movement through your abdominal and pelvic areas.

Scars from C-sections, abdominal surgeries can create restrictions within the connective tissue that affect posture, movement, digestion and the overall flow of the body. Scar tissue can also hold sensitivity and tension.

For those who have experienced a C-section, this work can also support the emotional healing process connected to birth. The body holds memories of significant life events within the tissues and within the scar energy can get 'trapped'. This allows a release of stored tension related to the birth experience. 

This treatment is slow & guided by the body's natural healing pace, supporting both the physical and emotional restoration of the body.

A spiritual guidance session is a space to receive insight, clarity and a deeper understanding about the path you are currently walking.

During these sessions, I enter a intuitive channel where guidance can come through from your higher self, spirit guides and other members of your spiritual team. This allows us to access other perspectives that go beyond the logical mind and connect to a deeper truth of what your soul is moving through. 

In these session, energy activations and healing may take place as well depending on what spirit is wanting to share with you. As we may be told about potential blocks that are stopping you from moving forward in relationships, business, money, etc. 

Each session is unique and guided by what you most need, which can be different from your human 'wants'. Sometimes spirit will guide us through a process that is completely different to what you thought was going to happen. Staying open and curious helps.
