Hi Manju, thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned previously, you have already achieved amazing results from your laser sessions, which we’re very happy about. Gentle exfoliation is recommended only to help with faster hair shedding; however, it is optional and can vary depending on individual skin types. The laser treatment itself remains effective even without exfoliation.

We would also like to reassure you that all our laser services are performed by fully trained staff, as laser treatments cannot be carried out without proper training and certification. We appreciate your comments and will continue to ensure clear communication for all aftercare guidance.

I have completed five out of six face laser sessions, but no one informed me that gentle scrubbing should be done on the third day after treatment. This is important aftercare information. The salon should ensure better-trained staff when providing such services.
