Deep tissue massage is used to treat muscle strain, injury and chronic pain, using a variety massage technique such as stretching, pressure point, the elbows, knuckles, forearm and fingertips to apply firm pressure in slow strokes to problem areas, combined with hot stone or warm bamboo to treat muscle injuries and remove body aches and pain.

Deep Tissue Massage 

A unique foot treatment and powerful therapy combining accupressure, energy balancing and stretching, using thumbs, hands, a wooden accupressure tool and massage balm, concentrate on the delicate areas of the feet and legs ,using rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration techniques. 

Ideally for those who stand all day, walk a lot and filled with aches and pains on the feet and legs.

Please note: 30 and 60 minutes treatment is foot and half legs massage, proper foot and full legs massage with hot stone is 90 minutes.

This extremely therapeutic massage treatment uses a combined of Dry Cupping Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. The treatment will start with massage, then the cups are applied.  The cups can be left on a particular location for 5-10 minutes, or can be dragged along the skin to increase the treatment area.  Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.



Cupping Therapy 

Warm bamboo massage uses solid bamboo sticks of different lengths and diameters to massage the body. The sticks are gently warmed and applied to give deep and long massage strokes to break down tension and stretch tight muscles. This wonderful treatment is great to have if you like deep tissue work. It will leaves you feeling relaxed and energised and with a sense that your muscles have been stretched, warmed and elongated.

Warm Bamboo Massage

A premium deep-heat aromatherapy treatment using gentle massage techniques, followed by the application of warm, herb-filled compression balls. Thai Herbal Compress Massage

Thai Scalp Massage
