Body 1st Ltd’s massage sessions are shaped around the areas each client wants to address, with the therapist checking in about pressure and any specific concerns before starting. Combi treatments bring together massage, stretching and body alignment, while deep tissue work and manual lymphatic drainage are also available; clients mention relief for tight knots and back and shoulder tension.

Such a relaxing time with Sherean. Super knowledgable, and experienced. Can help with so many issues. Her treatments have helped keep me stable with a long term health issue. She can really help with tight knots and stretches. Her office is a haven of calm, clean and relaxing with lovely decor, very zen. Left feeling so much better.

Phenomenal experience with Shay. She knows instinctively how to treat me, listens to my needs but also takes the lead and can feel where I’m holding the tension. Love her energy, her vibes, her aura, her space. Just everything. You’re the best Shay 💕💕
