I had such a lovely massage today and really enjoyed the whole experience. I mentioned that I’m a runner and she completely understood which areas needed a bit more attention, particularly my neck and shoulders where I’d been feeling quite a lot of tension. She checked what level of pressure I was comfortable with and made it really easy for me to say if I needed her to ease off at any point. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout, and she spent plenty of time working on the areas that needed it most. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be booking with her again!
