Zilda Holistic Therapies offers a range of holistic treatments to support you on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Natural Lift facial massage, facial Gua Sha, Holistic Yoga Massage, Indian Head massage - the treatments will help release both physical and emotional stress, promote wellbeing and relaxation. I also work with schoolchildren through tailored sessions to support their well-being. As a Reiki Master Teacher I offer healing sessions and Usui Reiki courses. For facials I use natural and organic Tropic Skincare products and you can order them from me.
