AromaTouch is an infusion of aromatherapy and touch. Touch is such a powerful experience. As humans we are programmed for touch. 

Through a 4 stage process combining a sequence of therapeutic essential oils from doTERRA, acupressure and massage movements we will support your body through:

* Encouraging the nervous system to move from stress to rest
* Changing your immune systems priorities
* Reducing pain and inflammation
* Encouraging your body back into a place of balance

Think computer re-boot, we turn it off and switch it back on. AromaTouch is your body’s re-boot, we change the bodies priorities from the sympathetic nervous system (think fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (think deep relaxation and sleep)
