Easy to rent and the owner is great to work with! The Space on Second is a special spot! 

All appointments booked within weekday rental must be booked Monday - Thursday. Any use of the space Friday - Sunday must be booked within weekend rental.

Rental includes access to all props in the space. A contract will be sent via email and must be signed prior to the rental time

Time block includes entry, set up, take down, and clean up. All sessions must be prepaid and must have a card on file. All sessions are non-refundable.

Weekend Rental

The cleaning fee add on ensures that we have time and resources allotted to clean The Space after your rental. This is a good option for cake smash sessions, if pets will be in the studio, or for larger events. General clean up is still expected as the cleaners will focus on cleaning, not pickup.

Tables and chairs are available for rent with your event - this service includes setup and take down of tables and chairs for 1-25 people. Number of tables dependent on preferred table layout, to be determined after booking.
