A beautiful full-body treatment that can be given safely throughout the second and third trimester (from 14 weeks until birth). 

Using specific techniques and safe positioning, this treatment will soothe away aches and pains, leaving mum-to-be feeling relaxed in her pregnancy week by week.

Designed to help reduce stress in the body and improve blood flow, our prenatal massage is tailored specifically to the needs of the client with techniques adapted to the changing body during and after pregnancy. Our massage aims to relax and relieve tension and can help in a number of ways, from easing joint, neck and back pain and swelling in the hands and feet, to alleviating headaches, leg cramping and even related insomnia. 

Pregnancy Massage

A post-natal massage will ease tight and sore muscles, promotes lymphatic drainage, tackles any knots and inelastic tissue, allowing your muscles to strengthen and relax.
