We've had a fab experience everytime we've come for an appointment, Charlotte is so patient and friendly and so good with our little boy! Highly recommended her and her lovely little salon and will always go to Charlotte now for his hair cuts!

I had such a fantastic first experience of a salon at The Root. Sarah was so lovely and very welcoming. I went in bored of my long hair and wanting a big change, but didn’t really know what would suit me or the sort of thing I wanted. Sarah took me through her idea whilst asking questions on my hair to ensure she used a shampoo/conditioner combo to suit my specific needs. Each product Sarah used she explained why and they all smelt divine, I can’t stop smelling my hair now! I am SO happy with the end result Overall an amazing experience and I can’t wait to return for all my hair needs now!

What a wonderful salon for my twins first hair cut. Charlotte was so lovely and was so good with the kids. My little girl loved sitting in the fire engine watching Peppa pig and just sat having her hair trimmed, she then got to choose a mini bow for her hair. My little boy was not keen at all, he was apprehensive but Charlotte was great with him and managed to shave and cut his hair whilst he was moving around a lot! They were then offered some fun raisin packets and a balloon to go home with. They really enjoyed the experience and so did we!

Charlotte is always so patient especially when dealing with our devil 18mth old who hates a haircut :). Lovely salon which always looks presentable and has great facilities for young children.

Absolutely brilliant came this morning with my little boy who doesnt like having his hair cut at all! The lady who cut his hair was Absolutely amazing with him and me and mum listened to us regarding him and our worries regarding past experiences very calm for him sorry for repeating you got this to my little boy 20x times! Thank you so much you were absolutely wonderful 100% coming back!

Couldn't recommend Charlotte more. She's been cutting my sons hair for 2 years now and she is so patient with him. He rarely sits still in his appointments, sometimes is crying his eyes out, yet she does a wonderful job every time and is so gentle with him.

We love coming to get our boys haircut here. Charlotte was so accommodating when I asked if she had any space on Saturday. My toddler always has a lovely cut and my youngest had his first cut today :) It’s so nice that they can just sit in the cars and watch TV as it makes everything so much nicer for them and for us :)

I have been taking my boys to have their hair cut with Charlotte for years now and can't recommend it highly enough. My boys were both anxious to begin with, but Charlotte is so patient and made the experience a lot less stressful than it may have been, plus the distractions while cutting of a tv and toys, and a lollipop and balloon to take home make for a happy kid and a very relieved parent!

Sarah is so knowledgeable in her field - an absolute expert in colour. I love the way that she has transformed my hair colour during this journey.
