Welcome back to your Embodied Bowen Therapy journey. Our returning client sessions are designed to continue supporting you towards holistic wellness and usually take up to one hour. During this session we will review your progress, tailor a treatment to address your current needs, and provide ongoing support and guidance on lifestyle and wellness practices to complement your therapy and enhance your overall wellbeing.

A whole body massage comprised of swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myo-fascial release.  This holistic approach targets the root cause of discomfort, relieving tension in muscles and joints to restore mobility and alleviate pain.

Ease the stresses of daily life and embrace tranquility with our relaxation massage, designed to soothe both body and mind. This treatment uses gentle, calming techniques to promote deep relaxation, relieving tension and dissolving stress throughout the body.

Relaxation Massage

Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the body’s fascial system to release tension, restore mobility, and ease pain. This technique involves applying sustained, light/ medium pressure to areas of restriction within the myofascia. Myofascia is a web-like layers that wrap around and support your muscles, tissues and organs.

In a healthy state, fascia is soft, pliable, and able to glide freely. But after physical trauma, inflammation, or chronic stress, it can become tight and restricted, creating tension patterns throughout the body. 

Myofascial Release helps unwind these restrictions, supporting natural movement and alignment. Sessions often include guided stretching or movement to support integration and long-term release.
